At Decorya, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
You can request a return if:
The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is provided.
We do not accept returns for:
Customized or personalized products
Clearance or sale items
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care
Email us at support@decorya.co.in with your order details and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
Ship it to the address provided by our team.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
